meet our founder

I’m Nicoletta Sozansky.

Board Certified Patient Advocate (BCPA), health researcher, medical writer and speaker, and a founder of Healthcare Redefined, the New York City and New Jersey top healthcare navigation and patient advocacy services provider.

I’m also a Mom to a Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia survivor whose own life was affected by rare health conditions in the most unpredictable way. Meaning – if there’s anyone who understands just how difficult the journey of navigating the healthcare system in New York and New Jersey can be – it’s me. Having had first-hand experience as a chronic disease patient and a mother of a child born with a life-threatening birth defect, I decided to help others who experienced lack of support and transparency within the medical system.
